[edit] HOW DO WE KEEP INVESTORS INTERESTED IN UK PROPERTY?
To keep investors interested in the UK property, we need to design big, bold and zero carbon. I can't help but feel that the UK is conservative when in comes to design with a few exceptions. We need to explore new innovative ideals and materials which are on the market. Above all we need to design and build zero carbon, building regulations part L1a amendment to zero carbon 2016 for all new dwellings, we need to be doing this now, investors should be investing in the UK and not anyway else. So to sum up we as designers need to design big, bold and zero carbon.
